I've been using Snoozeband for a couple of years and it has made a significant difference to my quality of sleep, which is often quite poor. As the other reviews have said, being a side sleeper the thin speakers make a massive difference. I usually play early music - a less complex, often a single voice - but also use various apps that provide soothing sounds. And I've been know to wear it when I go for a walk, to listen to the radio. A life saver, to be honest, and it means I'm not perpetually grumpy!
