I bought my Snoozeband for two reasons. Firstly, so that I could drift off to sleep listening to my podcasts without disturbing my husband’s sleep but secondly, to drown out the sound of his snoring! Both of these have been achieved but I had no idea how much more they would give me and how they would improve my sleep! I downloaded the free Snoozeband app and now if I can’t sleep or I wake up in the early hours of the morning I can listen to a whole range of different meditations and sounds to help me drift off depending on my mood. I wake up so much more relaxed now and I’m sure I sleep better too. A game changer for me.
I’ve had two Snoozeband Deluxe before and thought they were great, but the silk Snoozeband is a huge step up! It’s considerably more comfortable, not least because the charger dock sits outside the band, so it doesn’t slip down and become uncomfortable. The white noise drowns out my husband’s loud snoring, and the battery life is fantastic! So impressed!
This is better than I expected. It does eliminate snoring if you use eg brown noise, but I still need a pillow over the head and have to have the volume high if the snoring is loud. Relaxing tunes very good for helping you get to sleep. It has help me a lot.
My Snoozeband Deluxe arrived a week or so ago, and I was really excited. I have not slept though the night for years, owing to the pain on my left ear from other sleep headbands. I charged my Snoozeband Deluxe and wore it that night,I did not wake up once till 8am!! I couldn't believe it, my first full night of sleep for years. Since then I have slept through every night, no pain caused by pressure on my ear. So glad I bought this, will recommend this to my friends and family.
I have purchased this now 3 times to have one when another is drying from the wash. Helps me fall asleep so quickly! Stay asleep because it is comfortable and doesn’t wake me up when it powers down. They brought in more colors, so I’m pleased to have an option besides soft pink.
So comfortable, loud. Love the app and that you can set a sleep timer.
It has help my sleep that much that I am in a deeper sleep than my normal deep sleep so much so my 3 year old son couldn't wake me from on more than one occasion

It’s comfortable enough to wear all night, the sound quality is clear, and it allows me to fall asleep and stay asleep without fuss.
Recently, the charging cable developed a fault within the warranty period. I contacted customer service and was genuinely impressed. The team responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and sent out a replacement electronic/control unit free of charge in line with their warranty. No friction, no defensiveness — just efficient and courteous service.

Oh my! This is incredible - from quiet meditations to drift off into the land of sleep - to listening to audio books and podcasts the snoozeband is just amazing! It’s only been a week and I’m hooked! I went away for a night in a hotel for work and it was the first thing I packed!!
I was brought the snoozeband as a gift. I’m neurodiverse and potentially perimenopausal and was struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep. The band changed this greatly and I’m now asleep within 15 mins of putting the band on and a meditation podcast.

The band is very comfy and you can't really feel it laying on your side. I find I have been forgetting to charge it for multiple days and it still works untill I charge it.
The fabric is nice and breathable, but I'd note that every morning I find that the band slipped fully to the back. I don't personally mind this as I only need to listen to something to fall asleep but not all night. If you need it to stay on the whole night, maybe if you tighten it more it can stay put, or maybe I move a lot while asleep and it can stay put for others with normal amounts of tossing. I like how you can adjust the speakers quite a bit depending on how you're laying down and you don't need to move the band itself, just the small speakers inside it.
It does not completely isolate you feom noises around you which is good if you don't like being completely isolated from your surroundings like me, but if you plan on using it for noise cancellation, it might not be that useful unless you increase the volume to draw out noises.
Overall, it's a great purchase!
Comfortable on your head when lying on your side, I find the app useful too. I use mine every night, very pleased with it.
Brilliant for drifting off to sleep, only leave it on the timer for an hour and they're very comfortable too.
Would highly recommend.
