This has changed my life in regards to napping and when I want a deep fat sleep. Its so simple - would really recommend
I snore and it has been very difficult over the years for my partner and I to get a good nights sleep. It keeps him awake even using ear plugs and I stay awake a lot in case I am keeping him awake. Often he goes down to sleep at the bottom of the bed where it’s slightly quieter. Since getting the snooze and, this has not happened and we both wake up refreshed after a good nights sleep. Finally a solution for us both. Thanks a million

I have ADHD and struggle to sleep in silence, especially after a busy work day. This usually means I sleep in the spare room so that my partner can sleep in peace. I bought the snoozeband after reading some reviews and I have to say wow. This headband is not only comfortable, but the sound quality is great too. I can sleep on my side comfortably and it doesn't get too hot or bothersome. I can now stay in my bedroom listening to podcasts or brown noise without bothering my partner.
I would highly recommend this product if you experience racing thoughts and struggle sleeping in silence (or has noisy neighbours) ike me.

I bought this to help block out noise to help me sleep better and it works so well, the headphones block everything out, and are really comfortable to sleep in.
Though there is room for improvement. I specifically went for the duluxe version so there was an option of offline playing. I enjoy the sounds it comes with though a little more variety could be good, perhaps some of the pink noise / music styles. It's comfortable to wear and I find it does help me sleep when my partner snores. The battery life is ok for me but using it a lot of the night does need charging every 2-3ish days. It's good to keep my eyes closed and the light out. The headphones are good quality. You cannot feel them when lying on your side. I like to sleep on my back so you can feel the join of the headband with this one but I have gotten used to it
Snoozeband silk is the only thing that blocks out the students noise & parties. It's like a cosy cocoon that keeps external noise at bay. I cannot imagine life without it & have treated my daughter to one.
As well as a product that does what it says, it's very pretty & comfortable too.

Comfortable to wear, cuts out all noise, finally getting an excellent night's sleep.
They were bought with a little trepidation. Sleeplessness was a curse & being endured with late night TV, podcasts & audio books but with earphones. No earphones are comfortable for this side sleeper. I had relief the first night. Just the comfortable band & speakers were an immediate improvement. The app is priceless & has helped immeasurably.

This is my second Snoozeband and it does not disappoint . I bought the snoozeband just before going to uni honestly being very sceptical but wanting to try it for listening to music/podcasts to try get to sleep and I couldn’t be more greatful that I did. The snooze and has saved countess nights with noisy flatmates (such as my upstairs neighbour who’s currently hoovering as I write this at 1.23am). Would 1000% recommend
Comfortable and very lightweight, these headbands do not cause ear or head ache, unlike every single other listening device I have owned. I was pleased to see the tracks that were available, my only criticism is that they sometimes have sudden changes in noise, for example a wood pigeon suddenly cooing loudly and intrusively when all other bird song is gentle. Some of the other sounds have notes in I associate with horror movies which is very odd. So not as relaxing as it could be at all. However, I wasn't expecting these tracks anyway and I would buy again and recommend.
Great product. This has meant I don't sleep with a mobile up against my ear at night. I now leave my mobile on the side away from me. I'm sleeping better overall, deeper and longer. I couldn't ask for more. I'd differently recommend.
It’s now my second purchase after I left one on holiday! I use mine every night as I like to listen to audiobooks in bed and it was such a game changer! Can’t rate them enough.

I've been using my band now for a few months, honestly it's been the best thing I've ever treated myself to. I suffer from insomnia, and having this had been amazing. Even if I can't sleep just being able to have it dark dark with a quiet audio book or sounds on are amazing. I love that it will automatically turn off too. Genuinely wouldn't be without it now, it's seriously the best thing.
