The Snoozeband is definitely helping me to get off to sleep more easily and I’m really enjoying using the app. I would definitely recommend!
I've been really impressed with Snoozeband - I got a deluxe one for me and a basic one for my partner, as we both find the other's snoring a problem. I also struggle with racing thoughts at night, and using the Snoozeband relaxation tracks helps a lot. The app is great, and the binaural beats available there are very soothing, too. I have been really impressed by the customer service when I ran into a couple of technical issues a year in - thank you Michelle in particular for the great support and efficient, warm assistance.
I'm a light sleeper. I'm also sensitive to light coming in from curtains. My Snoozeband solved both of these issues.
Whearas earplugs hurt my ears as a side sleeper, the Snoozeband is very comfortable to sleep with.
I was hesitant due to the price, but decided that good sleep/health is a necessity worth paying for.
My one recommendation would be for the buttons to be quieter when pressing them, as they could disturb one's sleeping partner. But overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and would buy again.
Really comfortable in general, good sound, I am a side sleeper and it takes me a few minutes to get comfortable with it on but overall a great product
Love my snoozeband. I have the silk snoozeband and it’s been an absolute game changer for my sleep. It’s cooling and gentle on my skin and doesn’t irritate me at all throughout the night. It’s comfortable for side sleepers like myself too.
This is my 2nd snoozeband, I absolutely love the product. I've always struggled with sleeping so being able to listen to a podcast in comfort and to not hear my husband snoring is an absolute game changer. The shut down timer is also a great feature. I would highly recommed!
Upgraded to this Snoozeband. Might be a more expensive but definitely worth the extra money. Softer and stays on better.

I’ve been using this for the past three years and it’s genuinely one of the best products I’ve ever bought. I used to take hours to fall asleep and I now consistently fall asleep straight away because of this. Great for anyone with sensitive hearing and also really comfy for side sleepers.

I have noisey neighbours with thin walls, having the snoozeband linked to brown noise soundtrack really helps to cancel out the vibrations! Added bonus that my phone can connect for on call work nights
If you are debating to buy, don’t, just buy it you will not be disappointed I absolutely love it, black out, super comfy, long battery life can’t fault it

This is my second Snoozeband, and the first with an eye mask. The silk insert is very comfortable for sleeping and I use the deeper eye cups for meditation and self hypnosis. I wouldn’t be without now.
Honestly can’t sleep without it now! It’s good in the summer as my SnoozeBand Max was a bit too hot for summer heat.
My so. Brought me the deluxe snooze band for Christmas and I now can’t sleep without it. Helps quite my mind of a night. I have recently brought for my husband who has trouble sleeping and hoping this will help him as mush as it does me. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been looking at these for a while before purchasing. So glad I did! As a nurse in a busy NHS hospital being able to wind down when I get home from work with this is perfect. The APP is brilliant. I would like to buy the deluxe too when I can afford it, as I think this could help ease my migraines. Thanku.
Does what it says. Cuts out any light. As a side sleeper who loves falling asleep with music this has been a game changer for me. It is comfortable and I like that it is adjustable. The sound is good for such small speakers.
My grandson wanted 1 as he couldn't hear what I was listening to. Could make item so it has a bit more adjustment, but happy as he could listen + hear what I was listening to. Product excellent apart from needing more adjustment.
I was skeptical about this helping me sleep but it really worked. The silk cover feels nice against my skin and feels cool. I managed to keep it in place all night. I love the sounds on the app. The binaural beats have me drifting off in about 10 minutes.
